OMG THE BEST CHEAP EYELINER ON THE MARKET!!
This is an outstanding eyeliner. Ive tried so so many eyeliners and every single one either claims to be waterproof and it isn't or it smudges. This does neither of those things. It's got a very precise tip and is the perfect size to get into those crevasse.

I have been using it for almost a year, it has a very linear line, a bright color and above all it lasts more than 12 hours... It lays down very well and is tearful. I recommend it first of all for its quality/price, it costs very little but it is very good plus it has a really wonderful packaging
