The Skala Banana Treatment 2 in 1 Cream does a very good job of defining the curl without clumping. It leaves the hair moving, light and with a natural definition that doesn't feel heavy or greasy. As a styling cream, it works very well if you are looking for control and softness without losing volume. However, as a mask, it falls a little short. It moisturizes, yes, but quite lightly; if your hair needs deep nourishment or repair, it may not be enough on its own. It works more like a quick or maintenance treatment than a really powerful mask. In short: excellent as a styling cream; somewhat loose as a mask.
