Vegan Health shot?!
Supp24's Vegan Health shots came in and I was super excited. If you know me a little bit, you know that I haven't been eating meat for years and taking quite a few supplements to say “keep everything running”... Upon arrival of this package I thought woow super handy saves again every week my pills count off and a lot of time in the morning. (Taking 6 supplements outside other medication takes quite a while for me) So the shots are also lactose and gluten-free. They contain: 200mg Seaberry Omega, L-lysine, 100mg Ginger and other vitamin and minerals. They cost 2.50 per bottle and you can easily choose how many pieces you want so you don't run out and know exactly when to order For one month, 3 months or 6 months. Very handy all. I only have 1 disadvantage.. they are in Mango flavor and if I find something awful it's mango. Of course, is a personal preference but I would have preferred to see them in a different taste so that I would drink it even faster in the morning. It's certainly not dirty but I didn't like it myself. In general, I think I've started to feel better with the use. Because you get exactly what you need. I have more energy and feel good during this period (while I am normally: mehh through the dark days). I will definitely give the product 4 stars. And would recommend people who lack some vitamin during this period and who lack some energy. Love

Get used to but really nice!
I always find this kind of thing exciting! I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. I had an iron deficiency again and was very tired all the time. Then I started testing this for 1 to 2 weeks and after my 5th day I noticed a difference. I felt more energetic and better. I only had to get used to the taste at first, but that gets used to it!

2e deel review Vegan Health Shot.
Hi Everyone, The next part of my review of the products of @supp24.beauty This product should boost your health as benefits, an extra dose of nutrients, minerals and vitamins and should be a vegan collagen booster for skin nails and hair. I've received a month of supply so very good difference, especially since I'm just over half now, is tricky. I found my first shot really heavy, it's really sharp and it's pretty burning in your mouth and throat. That feeling doesn't last very long but is certainly not pleasant, which is why I also make sure I drink some water or juice right after that. It tastes very sharp, sweet and bitter. I don't notice any difference, if I notice that at some point I will do an update of course. I'm also not really into extra things like adding health shots to my lifestyle, because I'm convinced that my health can be found in food and that my health is mentally more important in terms of food. To go into that a little bit further, I was shocked that there was a Fat Burner as a “nice” extra in a bauble. I've been struggle with eating/eating disorders/self image/body image all my life, I'm very hard on my mental health that I place above my “physical health” because physical health only real can arise from mental health and self-love. How healthy a person is, how good a person feels is very personal and has nothing to do with what a body looks like. The idea that you need to be thin, burn your fat, and body must comply with external characteristics is extremely harmful, mentally and physically. The mental damage of dietculture, health picture and fatphobia is far greater than most people realize. Globally, these problems are one of the biggest causes of self-loathing, screwed up self-image, real unhealth and mental problems that play in humans. I've been in mental and physical health for a long time, but my struggle is still there every day, so it brought bad feelings at first. Because I realize how things are put together, I could put that next to me, but that doesn't mean that I found it incredibly distasteful to get that as an extra packaged as a “fun” Christmas present. For many people, such a Fat Burner shot can fall very wrong and help in poor self-esteem, self-loathing and eating disorders. I am against dietculture, I am working within my feminism and activism to dismantle and break down that concept, and so my request would be to do more research on this and to be much more cautious about it. I will not buy, buy or recommend this product myself at the moment. I will investigate whether I notice change after the 36 days and whether that affects my opinion. X Vonne

A little too long 2 part review of Vegan Health Shots.
Hi everyone, I do this review in 2 parts, because it's quite a huge piece of text. Totally understand that some people aren't going to read this, but I really wanted to give my opinion. I had received a test package from @weareeves and last November @supp24.beauty This test pack has had a set of bottles from the Vegan Health Shot, a leaflet and an extra try Fat Burner Shot in a plastic bauble. I am very conscious about eating myself, which means eating vegetarian/vegan and always looking at the ingredients lists of 90% of the time, I'm in between vegetarian and vegan because I still eat some dairy things (90% of them are strictly Organic), but I eat from many products too strictly vegan alone. This has to do with my principles; I am against animal suffering, I am concerned with the climate and it is so much healthier and better for your body not to eat animal/dairy products. I haven't been vegetarian all my life, so I come from a food culture where the meat was central, to make the switch to vegetarian/vegan was a bit of research but luckily in 2020 is the vegan lifestyle on a whole different level. Many cultures and people in different places around the world eat completely vegan, when you grow up or grow up in that environment you learn a very different kind of food culture and cooking than Western meat culture. Vegetarian and vegan food is a privilege, being able to eat within that food culture is generally more expensive (that's exactly what form you choose) because healthy and nutritious food is not at the forefront of Western society. The amount of vegan products, cookbooks and info has risen tremendously over the last few years, so it's not entirely complicated if you have the money. I must honestly say this isn't going to be a very enthusiastic and long review. First of all I did research on the product, I wanted to know the ingredients and I was curious about the thought/added value. I was already sharp when I was in the ingredient list as 2nd ingredient sweeteners (erythirol, stevia) and although these sweeteners are seen as natural sweeteners I find it superfluous, especially as a 2nd ingredient. The second ingredient I don't understand in this product and actually find redundant are flavors, which are not exactly what these are. Because I'm busy with sustainability and want to reduce my daily climate footprint and want to be as small as possible, of course, I took a look at that, my opinion on the sustainability of these shots is as follows: despite being recycled polyester plastic, it's plastic, there is even extra plastic around the bottle. And even though you can do this with the plastic recycle stuff, only 10/ 15% of all the plastics on earth are recycled. This means you can create a huge footprint with these shots, especially if you use it every day for years. As a cherry on my not so sustainable cake, there was an extra shot in a plastic bauble with plastic fake snow in it. All small plastic, like fake snow, almost always ends up in the water/sea/ocean. As a company that speaks specifically about sustainability, these are certainly points that can be improved. Reducing should be the first step, then recycling comes. I am sorry that it says on the site that vegetarian/vegan lifestlye are often hand in hand with a faster shortage of vitamins and minerals, because it is from the point of view of meat eating culture, but real science has proven that this is not at all. so is. As I said it's about how you eat, a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle is hugely diverse and nourish your body much more natural than meat/dairy. After all, we are not carnivores and the western meat culture has only emerged much later than you think, and as I said many cultures and countries have been vegetarian & vegan for centuries. It's totally about how and what food you cook and eat. If you used to eat meat/dairy and only switch to a meat substitute/dairy substitute but nothing else changes you won't get less than the meat/dairy but you will find that that way eating (whether it's meat/dairy or substitutes) your body is not enough nourished.
