Velvet Dream Lipstick

I tested the Meroda Velvet Dream Lipstick by just applying it on my lips. What I have noticed is that it mixes well with other colors. For example, if I combine it with a brown lip liner, it looks like I'm wearing a brown lipstick. The texture of the lipstick is very smooth. The effect of the lipstick is a very natural color, which I personally like very much. The quality is good and the lipstick stays on for quite a long time, although you have to touch it up now and then if you have eaten something, for example. As for the packaging, it looks very luxurious. The gold and the magnetic closure give the product a very nice look. The smell of the lipstick is also very pleasant. It smells like some kind of strawberries, which is a very nice smell. I think the product is well worth its price. You get a nice, luxurious, good quality lipstick for a reasonable price. Although the lipstick does not last all day, it is still a nice product to use and it gives my lips a nice color and care. I would recommend this product to others looking for a good quality natural lipstick. The advantages of the “Meroda Velvet Dream Lipstick” that the product claims to have: “LONG WEAR VELVET FINISH Our long-lasting formula ensures that your lipstick lasts all day without fading or running.” For me this was not the case. It fades over time. So it doesn't stay on all day. “SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE LIPS Formulated with non-comedogenic ingredients, our lipsticks are suitable for all skin types, from dry to oily, and are less likely to cause breakouts and irritation.” I don't have sensitive lips myself, but I didn't suffer from pimples or irritations. “PREVENTS DRYING LIPS Our formula contains nourishing ingredients to keep lips hydrated all day long without drying out.” My lips did indeed feel hydrated and thus did not dry out. “EASY TO APPLY The lipstick does not have a sticky or uneven texture, making it easy to apply.” This is true, the lipstick was very easy to apply in my opinion. Have you ever been able to test a different shade of lipstick from this brand. Now I got to test another beautiful lipstick from Meroda. Another beautiful warm color. Nice warm red. What strikes me about this lipstick is that it is very caring. You won't get dry lips at all. Very happy with this lipstick. I will definitely buy it again myself when it runs out.

A good matte lipstick. It doesn't dry on your lips, so your lips still feel smooth. I have the color Grape Galore; super full coverage and leaves a tint on your lips when you take it off after a few minutes. It also smells really good. No chemical smells or anything like that.

Personally, I never thought I would have chosen such a color, but with a survey by @weareeves, I won it. At first, I was shocked by the color, but luckily you can decide how bright you want it to be. If you apply it with a brush, you can build it up better and create a nice line with a lip pencil. It really glides over your lips like a cream but afterwards you don't even feel like you're wearing it. Since I got these at home, I've suddenly been trying out all kinds of lipsticks and glosses. And now I wear lipstick almost all the time when I go outside. By the way, this one is also very nice if you put a little bit of gloss over it.
