I'm not exaggerating the title. Using tricyclic antidepressants makes it extremely difficult for me to go to the toilet. I also tried macrogol but hey, that's against it and it only works after a week and you have to drink at least 2 to 2.5 liters of water a day, otherwise it backfires. I take one tablet of the Ortis every day and if you really need two, you're guaranteed to go to the toilet the next day. It won't give me a stomachache or painful cramps, and I also have PDS. I was really close to despair after the macrogol fight and not being able to go to the toilet for days, but because of this supplement, I'm back on track.
