Delicate eye makeup remover

This eye makeup remover is nice. It has a layer of oil and you should shake it before use. I've been using it for a while and it takes off your mascara well. You do have to go over your eye a few times, but it's a clean result. The eye makeup remover smells nice and fresh and also removes larger layers of makeup. However, you will have to use several cotton balls and use this remover several times. For this great price, I would buy it again.
