Dupe for the elf primer

I've always said a primer isn't very helpful. Why should I spend money on that. Until I found out on TikTok that eleven's primer is one of the better primers. I also saw that this one from w7 would be a good dupe. So I thought why not try it? It really works great! My makeup stays in place all the time. I even worked out once with the makeup still on and it was still fine even after extreme sweating. Highly recommended!
