This spray is great to use right before blow drying and using heat on hair to protect against heat damage (use sparingly, a lot goes a long way) Will help decrease frizz and dryness caused by heat damage and leave hair looking healthy

This spray is standard in my closet. I always use it on towel-dried hair before blow-drying or my Airstrait pack. The hair feels light, shines beautifully and — very importantly — I no longer suffer from frizzy hair. It also works perfectly on my thick, long hair. I spray about 8 times, which is just enough for uniform protection. Highly recommended if you often heat style and want to keep your hair healthy and smooth.
