Incredible
I was recommended this by a friend, having no idea of the brand/ range before I didn’t have high expectations. I managed to get it for a very affordable £3 from a local home bargains, along with the rest of the range at a similar price point. My skin has never felt better, it is glowing and refreshed and it’s not too heavy of a product range on your skin.

Delicious toner
I've been using this retinal (yes, retinal, not retinol) toner in combination with the emulsion for a few weeks. This is a lovely hydrating toner and my skin is doing really well. I didn't experience 'purging' when I switched from the Ordinary's 2% granactive retinoid to this one. I use it every night, except twice a week, because I'm using an exfoliant. I personally prefer not to combine the exfoliating acids I use with retinoid products. The advantage of retinal over retinol is that retinol has to go through two processes before it is absorbed into the skin: from retinol to retinal, and then to retinoid acid. Retinal is already one step further in the process and only needs to go through one process. It has a good shelf life and is more stable than retinol. The following applies to all forms: make sure you use it in the evening and ALWAYS use SPF protection during the day, at least 30. So my skin didn't have to get used to this retinal. In addition, there are many other beautiful ingredients in this toner: centella asiatica, chamomile, various peptides, etc. So it's really a hydration and anti-aging bomb. Considering the large bottle (which is really full), I love the price+quantity+quality ratio! If I'm so happy, I'll definitely buy a new one when it runs out.
