For me, no more scales/scabs and itching. It illuminates immediately after one use. For the rest of the week, I just use a day shampoo. I alternate this scrub shampoo with Zarqa's anti-dandruff shampoo. I wash my hair once a week, massage my scalp thoroughly, let it sit for 2 minutes and then rinse it thoroughly. It is odourless. It cleans my scalp and keeps dandruff and flakes away longer. The only disadvantage is that sometimes some scrub pellets are left behind.
