I can't live without this product, never again. I also use this one for different purposes. 1 very simple, for your muscles, this is widely used by top athletes and works relieving fresh & self healing. So if you have exercised, lubricate your used muscles before you go to sleep. 2 back pain/shoulder pain, just like your muscles, it works refreshingly fresh & self healing. 3 If it's hot, you can lubricate this on your lower back/shoulder blade and you will notice that your body is being cooled. Extra tip: If you wet the spot with a rose spray, for example, it will be even more refreshing and cooler. 4 last but not least, even my most used way. I use this a lot when I'm on my period, I smear my lower back and thighs several times. I have extremely heavy periods, so I also need products that are not endocrine disrupting and natural to support me. I have much less bloaded belly, much less pain, the acidification in my legs is corrected and my lower back pain is also much less. *This is an intense product, always try it first in a place that's not so sensitive. You can dilute it by first lubricating a base oil like the doTERRA coconut oil. Always wash your hands after use, it is not pleasant if you rub your eye afterwards or mouth while eating (tastes not pleasant but not toxic or dangerous). Should you get it in your eyes DO NOT rinse with water, oil and cream products will always multiply and move by water, so use a base oil such as the doTERRA coconut oil or olive oil.

NIET TE OVERTREFFEN! 🤗 Ik ben zeker fan van doTERRA! Laatst had ik een stukje geschreven over de peppermint olie, laat staan als die in je crème zit. Ik koop nooit meer een midalgan of tantum of wat dan ook, dit werkt. Mijn nekspier en schouderspieren komen meteen los en de pijn word direct verlicht. Al weet ik af en toe niet meer of ik het nou warm moet houden als het koud voelt (krijg het best frisjes) of juist moet koelen als het warm voelt (krijg het er heet van). WEES GEWAARSCHUWD : GA NA HET AANBRENGEN OOK NIET EVEN NAAR BUITEN MET DIT KOUDE WEER.

@ [Nathalie Leenders - den Nijs] (Nathalie) thank you for your sweet tip! I took a look at it for a while, and I think that's a product I talked about once with my doctor that I'd better not take personally. I react very strangely to pills, for example, acetaminophen makes me a kind of “high”, so I can't really think properly anymore. I have been using the deep blue rub and the deep blue pills for a long time now.
