I took these vitamins a few years ago. It smells awful, but you can't taste this because the capsule is simply swallowed whole. I took pictures of my hair growth back then and that was a real difference. I found that my hair grew really fast and it also looked nice and full. I would love to try it again, but I find it difficult to take pills and for me they are already on the big side, every day was a struggle. Too bad, because I think the candies for hair growth really have less effect.

A few years ago I used these vitamin supplements for my hair. I had a lot of hair loss and my hair grew very slowly. The first few weeks of taking the supplements I didn't notice much, until some point (after 2/3 months) I saw that my hair had grown a lot longer after all. Whether it's really because of these pills, I can't say for sure, even though my hair loss has been drastically reduced!
