The liner is super pigmented, so you can draw your lips perfectly. It dries quickly and does not feel extremely dry. The only drawback is that after a while it feels something grainy. Most of the time I use a gloss for over it and you won't suffer from the granular feeling. The lip liner stays ridiculously good!
