hi hi, In these warm days, protecting our skin is very important, which is why it seemed appropriate to write a review about the Karmameju Hero pH solution 02 today. I got it in the goodie box and have been trying it out for two months now. And I can write a nice review about that now 😉 Let's see Karmameju himself says: “HERO is a clear, serum-like liquid that is applied as a first step in your skincare ritual and during the day if necessary. Daily use of HERO effectively helps prevent moisture loss, skin sensitivity, dryness and environmental damage while enhancing the skin's natural restorative and regenerating properties. HERO provides the best conditions for the healing process of skin on the body, face, and/or scalp.” Well that's promising anyway! Let's look at the ingredients: - First of all, I notice that the ingredient list is very short, which is usually a good point, because then the chances are that there are ingredients in it that we don't need at all! -already second on the list is Glycerin! What super! As I said many times in my reviews, glycerin is a real star in nourishing and caring for the skin! It's very similar to our natural moisturizer of our own skin! And it protects against irritation! -pentylene glycol and pectin, are both ingredients to ensure that the product stays stable and blends well with the other ingredients, and Pentylene Glycol is also a good ingredient to nourish the skin and gives that fine soft feeling of a cream. -citric acid is a lighter form of an AHA, and causes the dead skin cells to be removed very carefully. What was my opinion during the first few days: I won't say I noticed any difference, this is probably that most of the cleansers of today already have ingredients to restore the pH value. As a result, it doesn't have much effect and won't do much in a shorter period of time. What I noticed after these few months is that my skin has become more even, less texture and its skin feels nice and soft. This is probably due to glycerin and citric acid. Conclusion: Will I keep using it, yes sure! It's not bad for the skin and helps to keep the skin healthy to prevent subsequent damage. BUT, I won't buy it again myself, because many cleansers like mine already take care of the pH value and I have my exfoliator to get my dead skin cells removed. It's a good product, but because we're already looking forward in the skincare world, our cleansers take good care of our skin as well. And that's why it might be an unnecessary... 🤷♀️
