This Norvina volume 5 pro pigment palette is a new favorite! It's a mix between pigments (actually not “eye safe” and eyeshadows, although I just use both as eyeshadows. The colors are intensely pigmented & well blendable. In addition, it is also the case that there is good variation in terms of colors: purple, rosy, nude, copper —> you can go super many ways with it! Highly recommended!
