Hi, I'm looking for a good budget self-tanner. I am incredibly pale and now that the good weather is starting, I don't want to scare people with my white legs. I prefer to look for a body lotion or another product that I don't have to rinse off afterwards. Let me know what you recommend getting tan at a low price!
