Hi all! I am a 20-year-old student and think it's important for my skin to get proper care in everyday life. I love to wear makeup, but I want the skin to get just as much attention under this. I notice in this weird time that sometimes I have trouble waking up well and then get into the workflow quickly. Recently, I've created a fixed morning routine so that I can feel completely fresh in the morning and start right on my day, and this Nivea day cream can't miss out on this routine! Before applying a day cream to my face, I clean it well with a cleansing foam or gel. This way I have a good base and the substances in a day cream are most likely to penetrate my skin well. I do make sure that there are a few minutes between the face cleansing and applying the day cream so that my face can rest a bit. Then I do other things from my morning routine, like making my bed or picking clothes for that day. When it's finally time to start my day cream, I turn the jar open and put a few small dots on my face with the cream. I do this on my chin, nose, middle forehead, cheekbones and a little bit on my neck. Then I smear the dots all over my face in rotating movements. I use the cream on my chin and nose to the skin around my chin, nose (nostrils very important!
