I've used many toners in my life and this is high on my list of favorites but... it adds to your hyperpigmentation. This however has provided my skin instantly with a natural shine once fully absorbed, which takes only about five minutes. It left my skin soft and smooth without that tacky feeling a lot of toners have. The aroma is pleasing and the price won't break the bank. One of the best parts is that I can use it as a cleanser as well. This is perfect for people like me with sensitive skin and it doesn't make my oily skin feel worse. Sadly I can only use it twice a week or my hyperpigmentation is worse. I tend to use this more as a body toner than a face toner. And those with Eczema, the packaging warns you against using it. #AutumnEssentials

I have been using this toner for over a decade. It gets rid of acne scars overnight. It also makes your skin look very smooth and supple. It's a great replacement for a heavy cream on a summer day. This product is a bit harsh since it has alcohol in it, and not great for dry skin.

This toner has really improved my acne. I like the natural cucumber scent and very refreshing. The top is easy to open and close. I tried a sample and knew I had to buy it. I will say that the only downside of this toner is that you have to use cotton swabs to apply it.

I really like this toner. It is mild and it doesn’t break my face out. Also it doesn’t dry my skin out. It even has some hydrating effects.

So far, I like how my skin feels after using the toner. My skin is dry and a bit sensitive, so I'm happy with the results and the treatment. I use it twice a day in the morning and in the evening.

I really want to love this product as it’s affordable and leaves a really nice glow effect. The texture is also really nice and glides on the skin. Only downside is it breaks me out and leaves small bumps all over my face whenever I use it, but if it didn’t it would definitely be my go-to toner.

The best toner I have used and I’ve tried many! Goes on easily , really refreshes and hydrates and has brightened my skin! I use it as a first step both morning and evening. I love Korean beauty in general but this ticks all the boxes as it’s fragrance free, no drying alcohols and no essential oils.

I'm a big fan of this toner, I'm on my 6th bottle. I notice when I stop using it, I start to break out again or my skin is duller and drier. This toner really helps with imperfections but is also really hydrating. I'd be really sad if this ever got discontinued.

I was unsure of this product due to my sensitive skin however the toner is brilliant and does not cause any irritation whatsoever! The milky formula is great for keeping my skin moisturised and hydrated. I also really like with this brand that they explain all the ingredients and their benefits

One of my Favourite moisturizers ever, I’ll always go back to this one! As someone with dry sensitive skin this is so perfect and leaves my skin feeling amazing and most importantly hydrated! I have been using cloud surf for maybe 2 months now and have really seen a Difference in my skin :)

This toner is by far the best beauty product I have ever invested in. I honestly couldn’t live without it in my skin care routine it’s the only one I can use that isn’t sensitive on my skin, does its job and makes me feel refreshed! Hands down the best and only Toner I will pay money for.

Would absolutely recommend this product! I have really dry skin and I've tried many products and this is the best affordable product I have found for me. I use this along side the rest of the set. It's really hydrating for the skin, I use this toner in the Am and PM after cleansing.

My skin barrier was less than perfect, 1 side of my face was peeling like a snake from using a bit to many actives. Anything I was putting on my face from cleansers to toners and moisturizer was burning. As soon as I put this toner on my skin drunk it up, no burning no irritation , just soft smooth skin. I paired with it with a lot of other haruharu wonder products and now my skin feels smooth, my skin barrier is healed and I have a glow I've not had before with a toner. The consistency is a very watery texture but is easy to apply, I just put a small amount in my hand and dab it on areas with other hand, focusing on my crows feet, my elevenses and upper lip, then gently pat what's left into my cheeks. If my skin feels dry, I'll wait a second till it dries in and add another layer. The amount of moisture that it gives is incredible, I sometimes don't dry my face after cleansing and go straight in with this and it seals all the moisture in and helps with Transepidermal water loss.. I use the fragrance free version as I find it much gentler but still really effective

I use it all over my body, after drying from shower, leaving it for 10 minutes and then proceed with body moisturiser. Can be used around 3 times per week.
