Best way to use: mix several drops with a face lotion. Also available in spray form. Before use, it is best to exfoliate your skin thoroughly 1 day in advance. Afterwards, moisturize thoroughly, apply IOP and moisturize thoroughly again to allow the dry areas to work properly. Wait at least 6 hours for a result. Easy to divide by counting drop by drop. Good natural coverage. Smells great. Does not shed on clothes. Wash your hands afterwards.

Personally, I like Neutrogena very well. The origin of this brand is in Norway, which later expanded to Europe. The quality products are currently under Johnson & Johnson and are being developed in collaboration with dermatologists. They are also good for sensitive skin. Guarantees a hydration of 17% and is also supplemented with vitamin B5. Daily I apply 4 to 5 drops in the morning (fine dosing tweezers by the way!) on my face and massage it into the skin. This is absorbed immediately and can therefore immediately apply my (moisturizing) day cream. Gets a big 4/5. Can't write down any negative point. So it's a winner! I really enjoyed this product, after admittedly going into the trial not thinking much of it I was surprised at the changes I noticed, I suffer with various chronic health conditions which impacts how my body retains vitamins ect, therefore I was a bit skeptical. However after a few weeks I definitely noticed some improvements, my skin felt softer, any bruises or injuries I sustained seemed to heal quicker, I felt more energetic! My joints especially my arthritis in my hands became more manageable which in these colder months was a definite improvement. The taste was a bit bitter but as I was taking it alongside my breakfast it was an easy fix. Generally all round I enjoyed this product and would definitely recommend.

I feel more energetic during day since taking this product. It minimize my muscles discomfort, but I didn't expect it to completely eliminate it. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of use, the taste started bothering me a lot and made it impossible for me to continue taking it. Despite this, I will resume the treatment because it makes me feel better.

After taking a this for a few weeks i have definitely noticed a difference, it does exactly what it claims it will do however, the smell of this is enough to put me off. It is a small dose and it does help its in a bottle but I would not purchase again for this reason alone.

I really like that they come in individual glass bottles so you can take them with you to drink when it’s convenient to your lifestyle although it does recommend to take them on a morning, they do have a very sweet taste but it’s not to the point that I couldn't drink them & after the first week of taking them daily I was used to the sweetness & it didn’t really bother me anymore. It’s definitely the kind of product that you have to be consistent with if you want to see results from it, I’ve taken the full 30 days supply that I received & I can see why they are so popular. I’ve see a difference in my skin looking & feeling more hydrated & I think it makes a bigger difference if you are taking care of yourself on the outside too (even if it’s just moisturiser) together I’ve seen better results. I’ve also noticed that my joints have been less stiff & sore on a morning compared to previously when I wasn’t taking an additional supplement, I started to see a difference after being consistent for around two weeks. I think this is a nice supplement & it would be a good addition to a healthy routine & you would see better results if you can be consistent with it & of course still take care of yourself on other ways.

I found these to be a lovely product! I’d never tried the Gold Collagen brand before, but was lucky enough to be gifted the ARTRON EXTREME in exchange for my honest review. I was able to test these over a couple of months and did notice a difference in my body. You drink a shot a day, and it isn’t entirely unpleasant tasting which is a bonus (some other brands can be). The brand holds the claim that they are Clinically Proven, which adds to confidence in the brand. I found my skin was firmer and I loved that difference!
