Super pigmented The no-rule cream by 3INA is great and can be use as a blush, eyeshadow and lip tint. Very easy to use with convenient wand applicator. Buildable colour but I will recommend to start from the tines amount as little goes a long way. It’s so pigmented that it may scare you off when you put too much. I love how bright and vivid this shade is. I love to create monochromatic makeup with lip, chick and eye with a same shade. It’s looks super feminine and trendy. Formula is very long lasting and once done makeup in the morning don’t need to do add more during the day.

I have always used it under an eye primer and I assure you it doesn't move, it doesn't slip into the creases, it doesn't fade... in short, it stays perfect for several hours until you get rid of makeup.
