AMELIORATE Smoothing Body Exfoliant 50ml

This chemical and physical exfoliant has worked wonders on my keratosis pilaris or 'chicken skin'. Some other exfoliators have been too harsh as I also have quite dry skin, but this uses lactic acid which hydrates and moisturises as it exfoliates away the dead skin plugs, leaving my skin feeling smooth and supple. However, I've found the best results when you use it in conjunction with the moisturiser after showering.

You use this on dry skins once or twice a week then rinse off in shower or bath. It leaves my skin feeling super soft. Would defo recommend

This is one of the best body scrubs I've already used! You put it on before you get into the shower. This is a bit strange at first, but it certainly has its use! I have extremely dry skin in some places and it has gotten rid of all the skin and my skin feels silky smooth. I'm definitely going to buy this one again!

Eczema?? Above you can see the proof that this special scrub is not for nothing called a cult fav + was named the best body scrub by the glamour power list 👍🏻 in 2016. Not too many jokes and screaming in my review today (I can 😂). At the top left you will see the inside of my elbow about 1 week ago, the picture below it was taken this morning. Significant difference you or not?! The burn no longer, the bumps have dwindled considerably and the itch is gone 🙂 But what kind of hassle is that really!? Well.. From the beginning of my pregnancy I suffer from old very (ailments) again; hair loss, eczema, allergies, and many skin problems.. is part of it but nice is a lot different 😵‍💫 And this in the picture is the eczema ailment that plagues me a lot (itches like the nits 😖 and swells up quite a bit, not to mention the fine additional redness 🔥). Now I got the Ameliorate scrub in an LF box (thank you soo much) and I thought 'why not'?! I can at least try right.. 🙃 I'm not going to explain the whole inci... but I fully agree that it does its job well 👍🏻🤓 The scrub thus contains a patented combo of natural & chemical exfoliants, shea butter, cocoa butter and coconut oil that counteracts chicken skin (bumps on arms, thighs, back, buttocks) and many skin ailments 👍🏻 These well-known chicken bumps are caused by too high a concentration of keratin in the pores of your skin, so that too many dead skin cells accumulate in the hair follicles, result: you probably guessed it! Bumps alarm 🚨🔔 the scrub would also help against ingrown hairs! I say win-win 😏 The Ameliorate scrub gently removes these dead skin cells and makes your skin soft and radiant. But whatever I had for horror 💀 in the inside of my elbow.. I 'ts almost gone 😄🤟🏼 I use the scrub every other day.. massage into dry skin, leave it on for a while and then rinse off with lukewarm water. After taking a shower, I'll be smear with my body stuff as usual. There is also a moisturizer of this line VAT! 150 ml for E20,45, that's worth getting rid of your skin ailments!
