Bamboozy menstrual disc is a fantastic product!! I was looking for a durable replacement for sanitary napkin/tampon. The big advantage is that you can leave it on for 8-12 hours in contrast to sanitary napkin/tampon. It captures your menstrual blood and there is autodumping when you urinate, so excess menstrual blood comes along. It is easy to insert and you can use it to exercise or swim. You no longer have any discomfort, working for me has become much more comfortable. You also save a lot because the menstrual disc can last up to 5 years. You can sterilize this by means of a sterilization cup. I myself take off the disc in the evening and rinse it too. It comes with a storage bag, also made of silicone. The disc itself is also made of silicone, so there are few or no allergic reactions. For me, a great discovery definitely recommended!!

I am very satisfied with the menstrual disc. After years of using a cup, I switched to a disc a few months ago. In the beginning it was searching, and the first 2 days I gave up after a few attempts. But on day 3, I suddenly managed to put it in properly and since then I have no problems with it. I like sitting more than a cup. I also have a spiral and because a disc does not vacuum itself, I like it better. With a cup, you can pull your spiral out if the vacuum is not broken properly, with a disc you don't have this problem. I did discuss this with my gynecologist and the threads have been cut shorter than usual especially for the use of cup and disc!! So it takes some getting used to using the disc, but now I don't want anything else.
