This product is amazing at getting all your make up off. It doesn’t take much either. Works wonders on even waterproof mascara. Leaves my skin so smooth afterwards to. It is really amazing!! Also great for kids skin too to get rid of face paint etc without hurting their young skin

The best for make up removal 

That was my first cleaning balm in butter formula. Definitely delicate for sensitive skin and easy to used. It teach me how nice for my skin is multi steps ritual of cleaning face! My pro tip: use konjac sponge to take off balm and later wash off with warm water.
So efficient and good for travel!

This is the only cleansing balm I buy! It is the best, non reactive for my acne prone skin (so much so that I’m on accutane for it) and it works amazing. Non drying, gets every bit of makeup off my face as a first step in my night routine. I’ve been buying these for years that I’ve probably been through 10+ tubs of this as I use it nearly everyday! Amazing stuff, cannot recommend enough

The camomile makeup cleansing butter comes in a recyclable tin, which looks really smart.

The butter has a waxy consistency. It's easy to apply and dissolves well in contact with skin. I used less product than advised in directions, and it still did its job perfectly. This butter works really well, and it easily removed all my makeup, even waterproof lipstick. It's a great product, and I enjoy using it 

Overall, it is a fantastic cruelty free, vegan product, and I would happily recommend it to everyone.

This is my first ever cleansing balm from Body shop, even though I do use many skincare and bodycare products from them.
It comes in a very lightweight  recyclable aluminium tin that is easy to open. The 1st time I opened the container, I could smell a gentle aroma of chamomile, quite pleasant to my senses. 
A small amount of cleansing butter, the size of a blueberry, was taken out using one spatula and was applied to the face.
Once in contact with the skin simply melted, almost instantaneous while moving my fingers on my face, leaving a pale white oily texture on the surface.
Like magic it melted away all the makeup that I was wearing , from foundation , concealer , waterproof mascara , eyeliner and also Spf. The residue was removed with warm water, leaving the skin very clean, supple and nourished, but not excessively.
I have to mention that I accidentally managed to get some balm into my eyes and made my vision blurry, but once this was rinsed with water everything was back to normal.
Having a tendency to dry skin, the balm did not provide enough moisture after it was removed from the skin, as a result I felt the need to apply a moisturizing cream soon after this . Perhaps it is not the same for those that use a microfiber cloth to remove it and not water like myself. 
In conclusion , yes I would definitely recommend this cleansing balm because of its performance , ingredients and great for sensitive skin too.

Magic make up Remover 

I use this as a first cleanser, melts away makeup and any dirt on my skin. I can always tell if I haven’t used it. 
Love the packaging as I can get every first bit of product out of it! And it’s recyclable and can be taken back and recycled at body shop as well! 
I think it’s easy to use, great for sensitive skin and does what it says. 

Melts makeup 

This product comes in 2 sizes, so if unsure, you buy the smaller one to try first, however I can promise you, there will be no disappointment. Cleans make up of without any issues, perfect for waterproof mascara. Leaves your skin soft and refreshed. This is my go to after a night out. Highly recommend

Doet deze cleansing balm wat hij belooft? JA. Daar valt niet over te discussiëren, hij krijgt de meest hardnekkige mascara er helemaal af. Maar is hij fijn in gebruik? Nee. Ik heb mezelf moeten dwingen om deze op te maken, gewoon omdat ik het verschrikkelijk vond hoe vettig deze op mijn huid aanvoelt. Je hebt als nog een watje nodig om de makeup goed van je gezicht te krijgen dus je maakt je handen onnodig vuil en vettig.
