I'm on half of my DAILY CLEAN cure. 24 days 2 clean shots a day. I taste pretty good, especially as you take it more often. For me it would have been a little less sweet, but I like the ginger that is a bit firy. It gives you a KICKSTART! For some time I have discovered that I am sensitive to some nutrients and that if I take them too late in the day I will be WAKE UP HALF NIGHT. I have that with black and green tea, chocolate, coffee, but also with this drink. It contains green tea extract, so now I know that I don't have to take a shot of this after 16:00 in the afternoon if I want to sleep well. Unfortunately, skipped three half nights this week before I found out... By the way, I think a lot of people have this, but haven't experienced it themselves yet. So you sleep badly regularly, really take a look at your diet! According to the description, the drink contains natural ingredients that support your body and mind. There are a lot of interesting plant extracts in it that have a good effect. But what I regret is there are sweeteners (erythritol, stevia), flavors, preservative (potassium sorbate). I understand that it has to be sustainable and drinkable, but as far as I'm concerned, a little TOO SWEET than necessary. They also promise to give you a kickstart to a healthy lifestyle with this drink. I don't quite see that yet. There is an ebook to download, but I would like it if you were more guided in this. Now I already eat dairy, cereals and never drink coffee, so I don't change much for me, but I can imagine that if you want a kickstart to a healthy lifestyle, you want to have a little more input. I also regret that there are recipes with cottage cheese and milk in it, while there are so many tasty and better substitutes for that today. What I also regret is that the shots are in SMALL PLASTIC BOTTLES. I'd rather have had it in 2 big bottles than all those little bottles. But I was happy to see that it was made of recycled plastic and on their site they clearly explain that this was the most conscious choice because cleaning for example glass is apparently much more polluting. Still, I'd rather see it in a big bottle where you'll have to dose yourself. Then you'll need less plastic. For the first few days I felt that my intestines reacted a bit to the shots, fortunately it's a bit quieter again. Two more weeks before the cure is ready. I'll write another review about what my final thoughts are about it!

I had received a bottle in a bauble next to the Fatburner cure. I tried this one right away the next morning but found it pretty sweet. What surprised me is that the Selenium exceeds ADH for women with 5 mcg. Now I understand that men have different ADH and they are 5 mcg underneath it. However, I felt no different than anything else when I start the day.
