No perfume and 25% zinc oxide. My girl had blemishes near her groin and the sudo cream didn't help, it just got worse. Dr. Leen purchased and it easily lubricates a nice little handy squeeze tube. Little needed for good coverage. And within 2 to 3 hours, there was really a clear improvement and after the 2nd smear, it was gone, really a great remedy, I'm not doing anything else for me.
