Doesn’t do what it promises
Unlike what the expressie-ads promise this polish isn’t opaque in one or two coats and doesn’t dry quickly. I need at least three coats for it to be opaque and without a quick dry top coat it takes ages to dry. The angled brush also isn’t my cup of tea so I really don’t know why they charge more per ml than for a regular essie polish.

Better than normal nail polish
Oh how I always hate waiting for your nails to dry. And when you think they are dry, they turned out not to be dry at all, so you have ugly spots on your nails again. That has now been solved by essie expression's nail polish, this nail polish dries so fast! And it also has a nice shine. In terms of wearing time, this nail polish lasts just as long as a normal nail polish. I now own almost all the colors, but this is a very nice color!

Summer glossy nails 🧡!
Review Essie Expression 🤩🤩🤩🤩 Nail polish and I are not friends, because nail polish doesn't have a long life on my fingernails. Because of work, sports and my love of cleaning, nail polish simply doesn't survive. I like nail polishes on my toenails, looks so summery! Essie is a really nice nail polish brand as far as I'm concerned. The colour collection is super extensive, the finishes are different and the shelf life is also good. The Expression nail polish is vegan and has a specially curved brush that makes it easy to paint with both your left and right hand. Essie promises that you will have a good coverage with a strong shine that would not require a base and top coat. In addition, the formula is quick-drying and also 8-free, which means there is no formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, dibultyl phthalate, toluene, xylene, camphor, ethyltosylamide and triphenyl phosphate. These 8 ingredients are the most common aggressive substances in nail polish and are not good for nails and health in general sense. I chose the summer color 180 Bolt and Be Bold! A nice orange red shade. Because of this shade, I used a basecoat as certain colors can discolor your nails. The paint is really smooth and easy. A layer is actually enough and even, but I applied 2 layers anyway. After that I didn't use a topcoat. And wow what a beautiful glossy lacquer! That gloss really lasts for days. After a few days it starts chipping at the top of my nails, probably also because of typing at work and I polished again so yes that doesn't benefit the shelf life. But nevertheless, that gloss still remains. I really think this is a must-have paint! It comes in lots of colours so something for everyone 🧡.
