Evo Shampoo: do or don't?

Hey everyone! My hairdresser recommended this shampoo to me because it would be good for hydrating my colored hair and does not contain parabens, sulfates or gluten. She also recommended that I add the conditioner because it can make your hair feel stiff. Now I have tested this and indeed, my hair feels extremely stiff while washing and when it is still wet (probably because it contains no sulfates, etc.). I'm not sure what to think of this shampoo and if it has a good effect on how my hair looks dried and was wondering what your experiences were possibly.
