Very fine and soothing makeup remover. I always wet the cotton wool with warm water and then put the remover over it, before rubbing I let it work for a minute and then it's gone like that!

For those with oily skin and wearing waterproof makeup, this is a must! I've been using this remover for years now and haven't found anything that works better for me. This is one of the finest cleaners to remove your eye (and lip) makeup. Many eye cleaners cause me to suffer from watery eyes after that time, but that doesn't bother me at all. Feels soft on the eyes and at a bargain price ;-)
