It has the consistency of a thick cream rather than a balm, I tried to show that in the picture. As a result, it feels like a thick layer on your skin and is not as smooth to use as other cleansing balms. As a result, I also don't have the idea that it removes all makeup properly, unfortunately. It would also have been nice if it had come with a spatula or something when you bought it.
