Very good (best?) multivitamin.

This multivitamin is really great. It has everything you need. And there are no chemical additives in it. I took it once in the winter and spring. Then it was summer and thought I could take a break. I noticed that immediately in my energy level. I quickly started using it again. They are very large tablets, though. Have no problem with it yourself but can be a problem for people who have trouble swallowing. Furthermore, it makes your urine fluorine yellow, but you get used to that.
