This has a slightly stronger and sweeter smell than the regular Gentlemen aftershave. The smell could be compared to Rabanne Invictus mixed with Diesel Only The Brave. Using only a couple of sprays I'm really pleased that I can still smell it after a few hours, and I always receive compliments when wearing it.

This fragrance opens up with a big does of cardamom which could be deemed too much for a beginner in collecting fragrances however i think that it is an interesting note that makes this particular fragrance stand out when compared to other modern designer fragrance release. After the opening the cardamom dials down slightly as it is smoothed over by the vanilla and cedar as the fragrance dries on skin.The performance on this scent is quite good as it is an edp with the cardamom note being very strong and projects very well.I would recommend this scent for a mature man as i wouldn’t consider this scent a safe blind buy as some notes in it could be considered as controversial.In conclusion i think that this is a brilliant release which is very versatile for all seasons as the vanilla makes this scent a ideal for winter as well as summer with notes of sage which makes the fragrance a lot lighter and more suitable for warmer weather. So therefore I would highly recommend this absolute gem of a fragrance.
