My skin is soooo much better since taking these supplements. One every day and you'll notice a difference right away. If you miss 1 day, you will notice that on the skin. I have to admit that it doesn't do anything about hair and nails, but this product is great for the skin alone!

I tested this product for 4 consecutive months and I am quite divided about its effectiveness. In terms of the skin, I did not notice any big changes except maybe the skin was a little less dull than usual. In terms of the hair, it grew quite well but on the other hand in terms of the nails it was a disaster. I was losing pieces, my nails were splitting and were very fragile.

I have been taking these tablets for about 2 months now. I don't notice any difference in my skin. My nails have certainly become a bit firmer, but I'm not where I want to be yet. I really have the idea that my hair falls out less! After brushing, there is really less hair left in the brush, so it also feels a bit thicker. So it's not like I have all new hair growth, but it's thicker because less hair falls out.
