Illuminating Putty Primer

this primer makes your face very glowy, it’s perfect for underneath your makeup. i love mixing both the poreless putty primer and the illuminating putty primer together, as they are both amazing. the powerless putty primer really does cover your pores well, making it perfect for a flawless base. i recommend both these primers, along with most other elf products. 

Super fine primer! I've been using it for a week now and am pleasantly surprised by the beautiful glow. It gives a fresh glow to my skin. You really have to distribute it well over your face otherwise it's not subtle enough, that's because of the little glitter that's in the primer.
