House of Lataffa Opulent Musk

Surely this is a kind of first. My very first Arabian fragrance! They are extremely popular these days, TikTok is killing you, etc 🤣. I first read myself a bit here and there and came to the final conclusion that Opulent Musk is up my (for now) safe alley. I'm a huge fan of heavier oriental woody scents (I'm not a hooker 😋). Very sweet/fruity isn't my favorite genre. It really has to be a special luchie for me to like it. My favorite notes par excellence are sandalwood, patchouli, jasmine, leather and anyway: Musk! Let's continue with the Opulent Musk launched in 2019. Let me first dedicate a line of honor to the bottle, because it is STUNNING! The bottle exudes luxury and opulence. You suddenly imagine yourself to be a Dubai Bling character or something. But that aside, 100 ml costs approximately E20-25 depending on where you buy it. Mine comes from Luxplus and I paid E20, I really like it! Because that's just a small amount of money for what you get! 100 ml of delicious and long-lasting perfume. It is therefore a fragrance based on white musk, resin, cedar, amber and wood. There are also aspects of leather present. I find the scent a bit powdery, but not in the Baby powder/Zwitsal way. However, a stronger powder, think more of the delicious nostalgic Maja. Is it a safe buy? I won't talk but brush right away. You really have to love musky smells and a strong scent! Opulent Musk does leave a statement! Having mentioned that. Don't spray too much because you'll gas everyone you walk past, and that's not nice either! No, a spray behind the ears and maybe careful in the wrists/elbows is ENOUGH! Don't spray around and dance in too fanatically, because that really does more harm than good! It is a very present and heavy scent, so less is more! All in all, a fantastic deal! So do you want to test an Arabic scent, and do you like something heavier? Pick this one! Ps: it would be a dupe/sister/grandniece to Bacarrat Rouge 540, but unfortunately I can't elaborate on that because I don't have that expensive joke in my collection (yet) 😅.
