This shampoo is a thing of the past I do use the blond me shampoo before washing with this shampoo so that your hair is also cleaned to the root. So I don't use these to get my hair grease-free, just to get the yellow appearance off the hair. This shampoo foams well, you don't need much of it and smells very pleasant.
