La Roche-Posay Cicaplast B5 Anti-Bacterial Cleansing Wash 200ml

After using this a couple times i realised it made my combination skin too dry which i dont prefer in a wash. Works great for using as a bodywash though for sensitive skin. I normally jist use it once or twice a week depending on how my skin is throughout the week!

I recently purchased this wash gel from my pharmacist. My first impression is that it is a transparent formula and foams well on my face. In my opinion, this product ensures that my skin is clean without drying it out excessively. Also ideal for sensitive skin. This product contains panthenol, which has a soothing and moisturizing effect on (irritated) skin. The wash gel also contains glycerin, which also has a moisturizing effect. The wash gel contains copper salt. This can promote cell regeneration and wound healing. Finally, I would like to talk about the ingredient zinc. If you have acne and have tried oral supplements, chances are zinc gluconate looks familiar to you. It is a zinc salt that research shows is effective against inflammatory acne. It has an antibacterial, sebum-regulating and wound-healing effect. So this is an ideal wash gel for sensitive, irritated skin with a tendency to acne.
