After years of using tampons, I switched to a menstrual cup, I thought I had it now. Easier, more environmentally friendly. That was until I met Lottie's menstrual underwear. I recommend it to everyone! I have light to medium periods and I wear underwear in the morning and change them before I go to sleep. It really stops everything, even the balls disappear. After use, you should rinse them out but that's not dirty at all or anything. Changing a cup or tampon is more messy and dirty than this. Mind this underwear, I almost forget that I have my rules, so easy. Lotties has a size chart on the website to find the right size, which is very nice. The underwear doesn't feel like a diaper or anything. The pad covers the entire load, I'm never afraid to leak through. When you feel with your hands, you feel like the pad, but when you wear it, you don't feel it. They also look nice, like a regular pair of underwear. Really great product.
