Nice enough but not wow!
This is a nice toner which is refreshing and light, but I have tried others which I prefer. It’s not harsh, or drying but I’ve found others to be more defraying for my skin.

terrific
I've been a fan of this super nice Toner for a while now. I use it on my face in the morning and evening after cleansing. I am very satisfied with this. It feels very fresh on your face. Absorbs quickly and does not stick at all. It is highly recommended.

a skin therapy student's point of view
As a student skin therapist, I work daily on skin care and understanding different skin types and products. That is why I am always critical of what I use myself and what I would recommend to others. Over the past few weeks, I tested the NIVEA Refreshing Toner because I was curious if this is an affordable, mild toner that I can also confidently recommend to others. How I used it I used this toner twice a day for about a month, morning and evening after cleansing my face. I apply it with a cotton pad, focusing mainly on my T-zone where my skin is a bit oilier. My skin is generally normal to mixed, so this product goes well with that. What I liked Feeling fresh and clean After use, my skin immediately feels fresh and clean, without tightness. This is probably because this toner is alcohol-free, something I certainly appreciate as a skin therapist in training, because alcohol can unnecessarily disrupt the skin barrier. Gentle and suitable for daily use The formula is gentle enough to use every day, and my skin has not been irritated at all. No redness, no itching, just a calm complexion. Good price-quality ratio For a student budget, this is a really nice product. You get a lot of content at a low price, and it lasts a long time. It doesn't feel “luxurious”, but it does feel solid and reliable. Addition to cleansing What I found interesting myself is that the toner still removes leftover makeup and dirt, even after cleansing. So it's a great addition to a simple, effective skin care routine. What I didn't like The smell is present Personally, I don't find the scent annoying, but for people who are sensitive to perfume, or prefer odorless products, this may not be an ideal choice. Not hydrating enough for dry skin If you have dry skin, I wouldn't use this toner as the only care. It barely hydrates, so you really need a nourishing cream or serum. Why I would recommend him As a student skin therapist, I would recommend this toner to people with normal to combination skin looking for a mild, refreshing and affordable addition to their daily routine. Especially for young people or people who are just starting out with skin care, this is a good product to start with. It keeps the skin clean, respects the skin barrier, and is easy to use. Who is it suitable for? People with normal, mixed or slightly sensitive skin Anyone looking for a fresh, mild toner without alcohol Skincare beginners or people who want a simple basic routine • People with very dry skin • Anyone who is sensitive to perfume It • Those looking for an active treatment for skin problems (acne, pigmentation, etc.)
