I never used this massage lotion for a massage; but I did as a body lotion! It lubricates super easily and is not thick and heavy, but nourishes immediately and absorbs well. In addition, I suffered a lot of calf injuries and I felt that if I used it well, it also caused fewer (superficial) complaints (perhaps the arnica?). It has a nice and free neutral smell and no crazy medicinal smell as you might be used to from the A.Birds with Arnica for example. So for those looking for a chill body lotion that is easy and just working well, I definitely recommend it! 💫💫💫
