ORLY Bonder Basecoat

This is the base coat that I keep coming back to. It applies easily thanks to the wide brush and dries quickly. I always apply 1 coat of this, 2 coats of colored lacquer and another top coat. After this, it usually stays nice for a week. Some light chips on the tops, but with other base coats I sometimes have that I suddenly have half or a whole nail without lacquer. Removing with nail polish remover is also easy. The only drawback I find is that it seems to dry out my nails slightly, so that at the tips the top layer of my nail sometimes seems to let go. Fortunately, my nails are also very hard and grow fast. So I keep buying it again and again. So if you have thinner nails, I wouldn't recommend it, but worth a try!

This basecoat works great. Nail polish stays for 1 week without chipping anyway. I recommend using it in combination with Essie nail polish (other brands of nail polish will probably also give good results).
