Hydrating Toner

I love this toner. This toner does not dry out my skin, cleans well even after washing my face with the pca creamy cleanser and makes my skin super soft and, above all, very clean. I have sensitive skin and have had no problem with this toner. It's a great feeling that my skin is nice and clean and hydrated when I finish a day of work, always looking forward to my evening routine. I use it after cleansing in the evening and morning.
