I use the Rubber Base Cover Milky White a little less often than other bases, but it's perfect for applying full color over my nails. From time to time, I do use it for mail art. The color lasts a little less well than the other Pink Gellac Rubber Bases, after 1.5 weeks, I notice that it comes off in some spots. Furthermore, a great product!
