Psyllium fibers: a solution

If you are late from a difficult bowel movement, this may be a solution for you. I use the psyllium fibres with inulin powder in my yoghurt, quark or oatmeal in the morning. I started with one tablespoon a day after I had constipation after changing my diet (diet, especially less fruit, sugars). Now I've reduced it to one teaspoon a day. The fibers (they look like Bambix) have no real taste, it makes what you eat, for example, the yogurt, a little thicker, but it makes your stools a little softer. It is important, however, to drink enough (water) and, of course, to exercise every day. But now that we're heading back to fall/winter, that may not always be easy. I am happy with it.
