I've been on these for just under a month now and I have to say, they are amazing, they taste lovely and I've noticed a difference in my skin already. I was unsure on how and if they would work in the beginning, but they really do. They have a lemon taste and easy to shot back daily.

I used this product for 30 days and took one bottle per day at any time of the day but tried to keep it to morning. I started to notice results by week two. I felt my hair was stronger and shinier - definitely not as much split end which was amazing! I don’t typically wash my hair everyday but with this I felt I got longer without washing which I prefer for my hair. I wasn’t having to use hair masks as much. My skin throughout my body wasn’t as dry as it usually is which was great - normally I come out of my shower and my legs are very dry but that wasn’t the case when I used this product. I wash my hands a lot throughout the day for work and use alcohol gel regularly and my hails were growing on their own not breaking and so strong which is a miracle as far as I am concerned. The skin on my hands were not dry at all which again is a big big plus for me. I had been using the product for about 2.5 weeks and someone said you look radiant - this was on FaceTime with no make up on and my hair up so for that compliment alone I will be buying this product again and again and again. The only negative was the taste the first few days - there was a strange after taste but I got used to it and grew to like it. For me the only collagen supplement I need!

I have tried Gold Collagen Plus for a month now. I really like the packaging- it’s sturdy, easy to open, recyclable. The taste isn’t amazing, but it’s not bad either. I guessed it was peach and later confirmed it reading the box. It doesn’t say anywhere whether it should be taken in the morning or in the evening, on empty stomach or with food- would be nice to have that information on the box. I only started seeing difference 3 to 4 weeks in. My nails felt a bit stronger, but it was my face I noticed the most- my skin was definitely more hydrated and my cheeks were more “squishy” (I can’t get my boyfriend to stop touching them). I also had tiny wrinkles on my forehead and they seem to be almost gone now. I was hesitant at first, so I was quite surprised to see such visible results! I really want to continue taking the collagen now, but I am a bit scared about the price. It doesn’t seem that bad per day, but buying a month supply can be a bit costly.
