The Schwarzkopf BlondMe Bond Enforcing Premium Lift 9+ bleaching powder is a powder that can brighten the hair up to 9 shades without damaging the hair. The bonding protects the hair and thus the risk of hair breakage is nil. Also very good for neutralizing the yellow pigments. I use this powder together with Fibreplex, which gives extra protection (is just like Olaplex 0). Together with the Schwarzkopf developer, I get an excellent formula to bleach my hair as healthy and user-friendly as possible. It is not an aggressive agent and does not contain sulfates.
