See Through Matte Tint Hanbok Project

Romand tints are very comfortable to the lip, and this did not disappoint, though a matte it was rather natural feeling, very light to the touch. Can build on colour, depending on how you like the shading, buildable to my liking. My go to, hence the worn out packaging.

Very nice fine lip tone. I have it in onion beige. I expected it a little lighter yet a very nice colour. The product is matte yet very moisturizing which I don't always find with matte products. It's called see through hue. You can use it thin and transparent for a subtle note, but also apply thick and not see through so it just covers. I'm very happy with it but if you do bother ordering something like that via yesstyle or something, you'd better look for the Hug Velvet Tint by unleashia. It looks very similar to substance but stays a little bit better.
