Very good eye liner

Not the best eyeliner I have tested in terms of price/quality ratio, but it is excellent because of the very good pigmentation, easy to apply for drooping eyelids, the line is precise, neither too dry nor too liquid. The eyeliner lasts all day long. The only thing I can fault is that I found another cheaper scrunchie.
