REVIEW TIME: SMPL MULTI BALM ❄️ hey girls! Now finally my review of the SMPL multi balm! I deliberately chose to post the review later for 2 reasons: firstly, I wanted to try the product well and give it a fair chance, and secondly, a lot of other beauty editors and I got this same product at the same time and so became a lot of reviews on it. same moment posted! It makes sense that you take less time to read them all one by one, and I would regret that.:) Well there it goes! I really like this winter product, it's nice and thick and cares for dry skin very well! ❄️ I like it best for my hands and nails, which is why I used it most, which is quite dry in winter. The product pulls in your hands quickly and your hands feel really cared for! Unfortunately, I don't have small dry spots on my skin, because with others I have read that it's really nice for this too, but I think it's a shame to smear my whole legs with such a small tube. 😉 What I like about is that it's really natural! No harmful substances oid. It's a very good concept! What's really great is the size, it fits in any bag and especially in winter it's not a bad idea to bring a nice nourishing balm all the time! I tried it on my lips as well, this is pretty nice, but it disappears very quickly or something... that's a bit of a shame. I also see a lot of reviews that it has a nice, subtle scent. I really liked the scent anything but subtle 😂 it's really not dirty! But very sweetish. Not necessarily what you expect from a product that contains all natural ingredients, I looked at haha, I didn't have to do it from me, such a scent, but I don't mind. Which I regretted that the hole the product comes out is so big! I get it because it's a thick product, but if you really want to use just a little bit, that can be pretty tricky. This was actually it! I am happy with the balm and I am sure to make it all myself. Would I buy it again myself? I don't know yet... if I had dry spots, then for sure, but since I don't have that, I doubt a little bit. All in all: highly recommended! I have received @weareeves and received @smpl_skincare this product! I deliberately chose to post my review a little later because I wanted to test the product extensively first. In these my findings! (+) This balm consists of 100% natural, vegan-friendly ingredients! Also, this balm does not contain perfume. This reduces the likelihood of irritating your skin. (+) The balm is nicely moisturizing. I like this balm especially for smearing small, dry spots. The balm is very shiny and greasy, which makes it less suitable for larger dry spots (for example in the face or on the hands) unless you use the balm as an intensive night treatment. (-) The tube says that the balm can also be used as a highlighter. I find him less suitable for this myself. The balm certainly gives off a shine, but I think this shine is more comparable to the shine of an oil or greasy cream, rather than that of a highlighter.

First of all, fall in love with the fact that the products come @SMPL Skincare from Dutch soil! To make it even better: 100% natural, vegan, no perfume (but the scent guys, like a subtle candy!!) and full of antioxidants, VIT A, B and E and Omega-6 fatty acids. As icing on the cake, the packaging is so plain and minimalist that it fits into any interior and is made from biodegradable sugar cane. That makes my Vegan heart beat. Anyway, the looks don't matter if the product doesn't work, so here's my review of the MULTI BALM from SMPL skin care: I tried using this multibalm in different ways, the packaging indicates: lips, cheeks, hands and (under) eyebrows. The substance of the balm is solid with a nude colour and a good shimmer. Once applied to the hand, it lubricates well, making it softer and thinner. So it gives you a bit of a lip gloss effect and then you have exactly the one who is a sucker for matte and not a fan of shine. So for my lips it was a no-go for me, besides having to grease quite often (but that's not crazy with this cold). That's why I switched to using the balm for my hands and elbows (the dry and vulnerable areas), where the balm provided a perfectly protected layer, but -again- too shiney and awkward at work by regularly wearing gloves in care. The same was true of using the balm on my face (cheeks and below the whenkies). I even temporarily used the balm as a brow gel (works fine tho, haha!) out of despair. You only need a nil bit, so the name “multi-balm” is sure to honour! Eventually came to the conclusion that the balm is just a natural topper, but just not for this girl. The balm does its job and gives a ridiculously beautiful glow, but if you don't like it, it's just a shame of using it as a highlighter or hand cream. Because I am very satisfied with the thrifty, hygienic tube and the concept of SMPL, I am sure to delve into their other care line, because my interest is sparked! PS: In the photo I wear the multibalm as a highlighter under my eyebrows and on my cheekbones, as eyebrow gel and balm on my lips (of course with some backlash of light; -)) - Thanks for another crazy challenge to review @We Are Eves @SMPL Skincare! -
