I @Vitaminstore used Biotin capsules of for 50 days. Unfortunately not with Hey desired result.. Honestly, my skin has never looked so restless. I haven't had any changes to my skincare or makeup routine so it can't be. My whole head is full of pimples and bumps. I also eat very healthy and drink 2L of water a day, so it can't be due to that too. I don't notice any difference in the hair and nails area. I have lasted the 50 days but unfortunately no match.

My friend was already at an 'unboxing point' but I was just in time because he loves to open parcels 🤔😂! It's the Vitaminstore Biotin 5000 mcg! And it's really called because I've been camping for a long time with hair loss, bald spots and just a little lifeless bunch of hair that the hairdresser recently put scissors in (see photo haha 😶). So happy and grateful that I can test this out. After a month I can really do that... so until the New Year haha 😀 and who knows with healthier hair, skin and nails! I swallow the hair vitamins vd @Vitaminstore now plusminus a basket (good every day but maybe forget with new year hehe 🤣) A little history: I've been taking brewer's yeast vd Etos for 10 years.. 9 a day what a hassle, but these pills vd I vitaminstore love! Biotin is definitely a must for skin and hair that I'm very convinced! 1 per day and I really suspect my hair won't fall out anymore! Is it psychological? I used to go through my hair and took a piece without pulling oid 😖 now nothing comes out without fools! I'm so curious if my alopecia (resurrected after giving birth, after at least 10 years of disappearance) is also getting less with these pills! So that the bald spots disappear quickly! Sure nutrition etc also plays a role but I take sws supplements as a supplement.. and a tip in between I take 2 tablespoons absolute yeast flakes from Mattisson every day since 4 months, also available at @Vitaminstore (deactivated yeast, rice not etc) with water for skin, hair, energy, b vitamins, immune system and for better digestion!
