Seems to work for my “baby hairs.” But have the idea that since these supplements I get drier skin. My mesologist also states that you should drink plenty of water because it de-hydrates. I'm going to swallow it every other day because I have chashed spots on my eyelids.

At first I was pretty skeptical about this, I've tried hair, skin and nail pills before but they didn't really work for my feeling.
